Never bought a bike from them. When I had done internet parts orders, it would take a long while to get the parts to me. Always outta stock, or on back order. They seem to have decent prices on used rides tho. I bet you would be good to buy from them. How was your gut feeling when you were in there looking?
I never bought a bike from them. I got better deals at other dealers. But Nick is a really nice salesman over there.
I bought 2 bikes from King Jerry and got good deals on both. I still see bikes for more than I paid over a year ago. They do have new owners now but some of the guys are still there. Talk to Jerry and tell him Kevin From Raymond Chevy sent ya... Maybe it will help.

Those BBB reports are always jaded. Nobody goes to the trouble of contacting the BBB with good news, and more often than not, the consumers filing the reports aren't the kind of consumers that are worth listening to.
Don't put a whole lot of trust in the BBB As a business owner the only complaints I have gotten are the phony ones. I pride my self on taking care of real issues right away as most business do and those who do not have a real complaint turn to places like the BBB trying to force you into paying their BS claims by trying to make you look bad online.
Second the courts in IL do not put up with business people trying to get out of a claim, if its real the courts will make you pay. If its BS scammers keep putting it online trying to annoy the business enough to pay
