I just bought a 2012 Ultra Classic and wondered if anyone knows if Harley sells a kit that puts a 12 volt power outlet in the tourpack for my cell phone?

Yes....they do.

91671-10 is the part number.

 

Just did this myself about a month ago. The worst part is cutting the liner. The 12v wire is already in the tourpak under the liner.

They sure do. My Ultra Limited came with one.

 

Must be nice to have the line already ran into the TP. I just did the addon to my 11 SG Saddlebags. It was easy but I hated having to drill through the bags. So worried I was going to screw up.

 

Before you do the project ... stop by the dealer and look in a Tour Pak ( take a tape measure with you ) and get some close measurements so you can make a "more accurate" cut in the liner ... Cutting the liner is the most difficult ( not that hard ) part of the job.
