Default Need some info help

So I bought a 2008 street glide.
It has supertrapp slip ons with race cores.from paul Yaffe with tips. The left side is turning yellow.

I was going to pull everything and put on vance and hines complete kit.
The supertrapps with yaffe tips are growing on me.So maybe just headers and a tune.

Also vance and hine are to skinny and sound like a 2 stroke.
Then when I find Klockwerks headers on u tube with paul yaffe supertrapp with race cores..what I have. They sound sweet.

Except Klock werks no longer sell them for anything except 09... I guess everyone ownes an 09.
So what would you guys suggest.

Also what is the reason for both cyliders running out right side and just a little out left side. Why did they do that? What ever the reason why is it then ok to run true duals without problems.

Lean = hot.....

Everyone has their own opinion on exhaust... What you like is what matters...

The muffler is turning yellow probably due to heat....

My best suggestion for you is... Do whatever full exhaust you want, and air cleaner, and a programmer and have it setup for whatever combo of parts your running....

"Should" reduce heat from lean factory a/f mixture and perform better...

But like I said everyone has their own opinion on the "stage 1"

There are usually a lot of premade maps from power commander or go to you local Indy and see if they have a guy that's decent at tuning.... Mos time you can start with a premade map and do a little tweaking to make it up to your liking..

That's for the PCV now the v&h fuel pack I'm not familiar with... Maybe some who has one can enlighten....

I would certainly invest in a good programmer...!
