So, 100 at the crank translates to what as per what the dyno would show? Would it be fair to say a stock 103 is in the mid-upper 80's?

Then there is the number at the crank

I did a 106 kit with heads, jugs, pistons, cams, headers, dyno tune, air cleaner and I'm only pulling 120 tq.

A 103 stock is not pulling 100.

So what is a stock 103 pulling? Surely someone knows.
