From what I've been reading, and I could be way off here, is that to do the upgrade you need:

-The 2 front Brembo calipers
-All the brake lines that were with the Brembo system
-A master cylinder for the Brembo's (I believe. Someone chime in here)
-Both the front rotors from the Brembo setup (not sure on this one. Someone please chime in here)

I think that's about it. Please someone confirm/deny any of this as I would also like to know. I've been looking at doing this to my bike as well.

What he said, if you want the levers to match get the clutch perch & lever. The calipers are all the same, you need the brake line from a non ABS bike, I have a complete set-up that I removed from my 2000 UC when I sold it, PM me if you want more info.

There are threads here that do this, as far as I remember, you need the complete set up, and the rotors too, they are a different diameter. The odd thing is that the levers will be different side to side as they changed a little with the Brembo changeover. To make all look the same you would need a clutch perch and lever.
