I purchased the parts from a member of the forum, so I don't have that much in the parts as he gave me a very fair deal. I had a local guy that I trust do all the work and he charged me $300 for everything.

The lowers came from Rick on ebay, his work is awesome. I think he charges about $160 for the exchange and then another maybe $60 for chrome cans. The cans I put on are the HD ones, with the little bar and shield logo.

Kenny, your bike came out looking great. That is a HogPro Panther wheel 21x3.5 with two matching rotors.
