Default Just Purchased a 2014 FLHX Street Glide Standard

Just got back from the dealership. I traded in my 2011 Wide Glide and purchased a new 2014 Street Glide Standard. I haven't taken it home yet as I also purchased Vance & Hines Monster Rounds a new breather and I'm getting it Dyno'd at the dealership. Should all be done in about a week (have to wait for the pipes and breather to arrive). I absolutely LOVED my DYNA but am anxious to join this touring forum and learn from many of you. Below is a photo of my bike after they took it off the floor and put it down in service to begin cleaning it up and prepping it for the parts I ordered.

Welcome and your gonna love it, However if you think the monster rounds will be loud they are not, I have them on my limited and not that loud, good sounding, but they could be louder. I have them on jack pot ceramic headers with FM (fuel Moto) air, woods 555 cams and FM pushrods with a tmax fuel system. Bike runs great but just wish it would roar a bit more. Good luck and ride safe.

A buddy of mine told me the exact same thing. I appreciate the advice. My first upgrade after I get the detachable back seat/luggage rack is gonna be upgrading my sounds!

I'm glad you say that. I honestly loved my Wide Glide and the way it handled! What are the main differences you've noticed?
