My wife has a 13 sg ember red and last winter I took the inner fairing off and to a local painter and had it painted for $230. I asked a few dealerships were they take their bikes to be painted and that's were I went. You could go that route. Ask your local dealer if and were they send any bikes to be painted then go and talk to the place in person. Paid half of what it would have been to buy through Harley.

from Todd Spencer Enterprises, 1008 County Road 500, Bayfield, CO 81122 link for e-bay in earlier post above. Fairing is perfect ! Candy Red Sunglo well packed and my wife said Todd was great to deal with! Really nice birthday gift!
