Default GMR performance (107")

I just dropped of my bike (2010 SG, stock 96" with
Stage one, SE aircleaner with v&h true duals and supertrapp fat shotz) at GMR after a almost 1,000 mile ride in one day. (987.5 miles to be exact, yup I missed the iron butt club! Lol)
I've known him since he was in AZ and I knew that he'd be the one to do my build. The only thing is that he moved to Fort Worth, TX. it didn't stop me from the 107 build.
I just had to ride 1,000 miles to his new shop in Texas.
Well now that my bike is in his hands, I'm just too excited to see what it will be like to ride a SG with 100+hp/100+tq.
Heck, I have a trip back to AZ on the new build.
I cannot wait!!
This is what he's doing:
S&S head pipes (stock looking but with cross over)
107" kit
GMR cams (genesis)
Adjustable pushrods.
Beefing up clutch (barnette spring)
GMR ported heads.

I will post more after the build is done along with the dyno result.

It won't look much different than stock.
I wanted it that way . The only thing you'll see different is that the new heads have manual compression release.
I wanted the manual, not automatic...
Steve actually suggested the v&h power duals for the headers, but I told him that I kind of wanted to keep the stock look. So that's how we decided in S&S power tune head pipes. (Krome werks are exactly the same ones)
Besides they have both 12mm and 18mm O2 sensor bungs but I think v&h are year specific. (I maybe wrong...)
I just hope that I will not keep wanting more power, like s&s 124". (Steve actually had a Bagger with 124" in it.
He's building a motor for his bike. He told me it was making 146hp. But wanted 155hp, so he pulled it out of his bike and re-building it. Lol)

Jus2anoyu,
Trust me, I know!
That's why I rode all the way to Fort Worth from northern AZ!
Steve is such a nice guy to talk to. And hid experience n knowledge is priceless!!
One think I like about him is that he "listens" to what I'm trying to achieve and always gives me suggestions/ choices/ options.
I'm sure I'll be a happy camper riding it back to AZ next week.

As a relative newcomer to the world of H-D I can't help but wonder what a build like this would cost.

107 kit about 1300.00 for motor components. Labor another grand or so. A lot of kits out there. I'm going the FuelMoto route. Already did stage 1 and cams(wood's tw-555). Doing jugs, pistons and possibly heads over the winter. Figure head work 300.00-1200.00 depending on what you do.

Life beyond 100/100 is just great! Be warned however, that this could be a slippery slope - I'm sure 130/130 might be even better.....

Yup, that's what I'm afraid of...
Get I to the power/ torque addiction! Lol.
I guess the next option will be the S&S 124"
Motor... Maybe it should be spelt as $&$ lol

How did the 107 build turn-out? I am in the DFW area and looking for a good indy builder.
