Ihave the V&H headers on my 04 rkc, and FM ceremic coated headers on my limited. I reality I see the only difference is the heat from the v&h. Other than that they both perform the same.

I did the same. Getting the CAT out of the picture made a big difference in sound - much deeper and louder.

I went with the FM stainless, and their matching 4 inch slash cut down mufflers. Pipes and mufflers look and sound great.
Unfortunately, the mufflers have quickly developed rust in the exhaust exit area that can be easily seen standing behind the bike.
I'm getting ready to send Brian a few pics and hopefully they will have a solution.
I live in AZ and they hardly ever get wet but for some reason they have rusted in no time. I feel they should have been painted or coated some how to prevent this.

Default KA TDs and Crusher Mellows

I like this system; tunes well, sounds good, and on several lengthy trips riding with 10 other bikes, several others with V&H, and RHs asked me why mine sounded so good.
All that said, after going from a D&D FC 2:1 on the 117" build, I keep thinking about the torque I'm leaving on the table.
My builder tested fulsac and it just did not perform as well as the KAs. Don't know why--it just didn't.
I'm thinking about going with the FM 2:1:2 and keeping the Crushers this winter. Trying to decide on the plain SS or the ceramic coated--likely will go for the ceramics. I think it'll pick up some torque--we'll see.
I have tried three other system combinations and to this point, the KAs are the best for me.
Just my experience.
