Pulled apart...they sent 15 wires...I need 17. Sent him a message. Hopefully I can get the two I don't have. Can't do it without wire extensions..no way...so now I wait..

If you can do the bars yourself, you probably have the ability to do the forks also. I pulled mine off, took them apart and put in a HD lowering kit a year and a half ago and it really was pretty simple, except getting the spring cap back on but that won't be a problem with the Progressive or stock springs. I bought a fork seal installation tool off eBay that was identical to what is in the manual. I made my own fork tube clamp with some narrow metal stock, rubber, bolts and wing nuts I bought at the hardware store and bent it to match the tool shown in the manual. Use the long end of a 6mm metric allen wrench to reach the bolts at the bottom of the sliders then put a box end on the shorter L shaped end to give you leverage to loosen and remove the bolts. Or get a set of metric long shank allen sockets at Harbor Freight for 10 or 15 bucks. A no-cost way to measure the fluid height in the tubes when you reassemble is take the dipstick out of your car/truck, wipe it clean, then use that to gauge how far down the fluid is. The manual will explain about the fluid depth. This is assuming an '03 is the same as an '07, which I believe it is. http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3748/1...30cec8fa_b.jpg

Be careful on choosing the top clamp, there is not a lot of room under the cover that you have on your Road King

I noticed in a earlier thread that you were getting a manual. The procedure to take apart all of Harley's connectors will be in the back, or search this forum and you will get answers or U TUBE on how to service or disassemble DEUTSCH connectors.

Whenever I type Brussellex on eBay, I can't find any information about the company. Does anyone have a website or contact information?

Once I got my extensions connected and shrink tubed, I wrapped a piece of electrical tape around all wires about every 3-4" and I started at the top and fed them thru...no lube no fishing just pushed them in and very easily they appeared at the opening at the bottom of the bars....cake...then I just reconnected to the connectors and got them ready one side, then the other..
