Just noticed your tour pack is the older style, your plate number might be different. The number I posted was for 09-13, yours has the old style side marker light covers so I would guess its the pre 08-09 style.

Last post, just looked at the Harley parts finder and I guess your model tour pack didn't have a support plate as an option?

To be fair, if you purchase a new tour pack from Harley, they don't come with a liner either.

The liner is an optional part.
You can get one from HD, or another supplier of your choice. Lots of options.

Thanks or the tip. For $15 bucks I will go ahead and order the plate for the 08 and up bikes and just modify it if I need to to fit my tour pack.
