Default Ebay tour pack

I recently bought this tour pack from eBay for my Road King. I take a long trip each summer and thought it might be time to give in to a tour pack. I was at first skeptical because of the price but I am very satisfied. This thing is a near exact replica of the OEM tour pack with the exception that it does not come with a liner. I did have to drill the holes out a little to get the luggage rack to line up properly but other than that the fit and finish is excellent.

As long as you like it, that's all that matters.

Been looking to purchase one also was unsure tho. This sounds promising. What did you do about a liner?

Nothing yet. It came with a rubber mat in the bottom. I plan to check the fit of a Stock Harley tour pack liner with my friends Ultra Classic. If his liner will fit in my tour pack I may just order one through Harley if the price is not too outrageous. There is also a couple of sellers on eBay that sell carpet kits for the tour packs that install with spray adhesive.

You will love the convenience ,we use ours all the time. Maybe some of that truck bed liner paint would look OK , maybe not. I always say the TP is gonna be the first thing to wear out because we use it so much.

IMO the aftermarket TPs are great for luggage, not so good as backrests. Most lack the steel plate across the bottom like the OEMs. But if you just use it for occasional luggage, no reason to spend the big bucks.

Prolly wouldn't hurt to upgrade the hinges to the HD premium ones they are much stronger and look better to.

Buy the support plate for inside like the stock ones have or make one just to be safe, I bought A used one on ebay for my ebay tour pack. If you look at any stock Harley tour pack and lift up the rubber mat inside you'll see the plate.
