Just a suggestion (like you asked), and because there a lot cheaper than OEM and are practically the same thing. Mines going on 4 years with no cracks!

I guess another suggestion if the dealer will not fix yours would be to find a good used OEM top and have it painted?


If the dealer doesn't fix yours are you planning on buying another OEM top and using that, wonder how long that one will last? Must be some way to reinforce were your cracks developing.

Here's my Matzu King tour after 4 yrs, This is loaded down riding two up on a 6800 mile camping road trip. No issues.

The bag on top had hiking camping gear, weighed less than 25lbs before I added our leather jackets. Getting ready to use it again for Laconia bike week and Nats!
