01 Ultra Classic is getting a metal on metal squeak sound when cold and only in gear pulling out and when the engine is laboring. Noise goes away as the engine gets up to temp. Had the bike up on bike lift and ran the engine going through all the gears and no noise. Replaced both stablizers. Check front engine mount and found no problem. Replaced muffler hanger rubbers. Removed exhaust heat shields and checked all fittings and hangers for tightness. Snug up a little more on the exhaust port flanges. My stealership had them off over the winter for my cam and oil pump upgrade. I cant find this problem. Will yall shed some light, maybe I'm missing something.

I've had both my upper rear saddlebag brackets somehow rub on metal and squeak. I just bend it a little and it's stayed gone. Had a muffler clamp at the head pipe get loose and squeak.

 

While in gear when I jump on and off throttle making the engine shift position is causing the squeak. Just have to find where it is. Everything is tight

 

I think were all chasing down a squeek, I know I still am!
