Fuel Injection?
No carb bikes being built now. FI is more complicated to dial in correctly for some tuners, but if you have a good tuner, it is not a big deal. No choke to worry about, no issues going from sea level to mountains for the most part, and a little cleaner...
If you are doing all your own work, then I would probably be intimidated by FI, but if you want a reliable low maintenance ride, with a fuelie, set it and forget it... It is the "set it" part that can be challenging...

Your first question was about buying a 07 road king custom, so you don't have the option of not going with fuel injection, every model of 07 big twinn is fuel injected, carb models ended with 06 models and not many of them were made compared to efi models.
FI is the greatest thing since gravy on biscuits! Which y'all know about in Texas?

A couple folks have told me to steer away from fuel injection...what do y'all think??

When you change things around and need to change the fuel air, you just have to go to your laptop punch in a few things, down load and you are done. No more pulling the carb and getting gas all over the place. I love FI George
