Default Brand new Streetglide won't start

JUST bought a 2014 Streetglide Standard a few months ago. Today I stopped at a convenience store, went in for 30 seconds, and when I came out, my bike just wouldn't start. Yes, I Had my key fob in my pocket.
I turn run switch to Run, turn the ignition switch to Ignition, and the fuel pump will not engage.
It won't even turn over. Lights/radio work but it stops there.
I replaced the battery in each key fob and that didn't help.
I'm a new Harley owner so I'm wondering if this is my error or if this is par for the course on owning a Harley.
I figured buying brand new would avoid these issues! Pretty heated.

I haven't heard of that before. Only time mine wouldn't start was a bad battery.

Not par for the course. Good thing is under warranty so of there is a problem, no $ on your part.

I'm glad it happened while under warranty, just frustrated I can't move it from the store, it'll sit there overnight or until I can figure out to get it to a dealer. I love the ride, everything about it, just bummed out.

Did you check the fuses? That's what I'd check first.

Looks like the two posters before me had the same idea but beat me to the enter button.

Loose battery cable. Your bike might have been built on a Friday or they forgot to check it at the dealership!

I had the same thing happen to me at a rest stop on a road trip a few years back on a '12 SG. Turns out the battery in my fob died and when I replaced it, I put the battery in the wrong way. I was very frustrated and it was about 95 degrees and the rest of the group was ready to leave. I ended up calling my HD dealer and they walked me through how to manually bypass the security system using a code and a sequence. Started it for the rest of the trip that way and took it to the dealer when I got home. Boy did I feel dumb. I'm not saying that is what your issue is, but maybe something to try (turning the battery around) in the fob. Good luck. I'm sure there is a procedure with the new radio to do the same override, but that is something I know nothing about.
