I did see your post before you deleted it. The tire is wasted but wasn't the problem. I agree there's too much weight on it. I won't be going back to the dealer that flipped it around on the rim. They actually said the tire was fine. Looking at it it's obviously not...

 

Rain-turned the left rotor and took for a quick 10 minute test ride between the storms here. Seems to have cured the lurching problem from what I can tell. I will get out in the next couple of days to check it further but I think that was trick. Thanks for checking on this and helping me out!
