Adjustable Backrest Mount and Backrest
I have an adjustable Backrest mount. It is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Harley part number is 52593-09A. This fits '97-'08 Touring Models. However, it also worked fine on my 2016 SGS. Retail $219.95. I am asking $125.
I also have have an Adjustable Rider backrest. This is from my 2003 Screaming Eagle Road King flhrsei2. As far as I can tell, this Backrest was unique to that model and is made of leather. Although it matched the seat of the Flhrsei2, you can see how well it looks with my SGS. I am asking $75 for the cvo Backrest.
Similar backrest are Harley part number 52591-09A for $109.95.
I will box and package and buyer pays shipping. Any
shipping costs over $20 is on me.
Thanks

Handle Bracket Shim
There is a handle bracket shim required for my model year (2008), do you have that shim as well as all the other pieces that come with the kit? What is your best price for the mount & backrest? Were you able to get the seat to fold forward fully and was it easy to mount and dismount the bike with it installed? Any issues at all with it?

Harley sells a slide nut? that slips on the hole and a bolt. It’s standard parts available and was just a couple bucks. No problem with any of it. It functions perfect. It is designed much better than the newer version. It fit fine on my 03 and 16. You’ll see. You can buy the small L bracket but not needed. The cable/lever assembly is like new.
Price is firm. It’s a nice piece and significantly lower than what these sell for here.
Thanks

I think it is a significant improvement. I use one for this reason. Especially on a longer trip you can adjust on the road and even minor adjustments put your support in a slightly different place that makes a huge difference. You can put it so far back you don’t feel it to way forward that puts you in a perpendicular position and then every where in between.

I'd be willing to do $155, plus the shipping. The backrest doesn't match my bike, but I'd rather have it than another one because I know they fit together well because you've used it. If you reconsider, let me know. I understand it's less that what you wanted, but MSRP is $330, and it's used, but in good shape.
In either case, thank you for responding. Safe riding.

$175 shipped is pretty close to your offer. Does that work? Can ship Monday. I’ll request money if you send me your PayPal info. Thanks
