Harley adjustable backrest kit, will fit 97-2007 touring bikes, and with a separate bracket can mount to a 2009-2013 touring bike. As you can see in the pictures, the backrest itself was "modified" to try to fit another style mount unsuccessfully. It causes the backrest to be a bit loose as I pictured for you to see the amount of play. The pad is great, the mount is great, you might be able to get a new flat piece if needed. I never did. It worked fine for me.
