Can anyone identify this backrest? Is it Harley or aftermarket?

aftermarket, harley has a "squeeze" style mount on them

The one I had for the Street Glide had a spring between two rods that you squeezed and inserted into the bracket located under your seat. That must be an aftermarket one especially if there isn't a bar and shield or part number somewhere on it.

answered it once, its aftermarket. Harley has the locking devise that has a spring loaded latch, that you have to squeeze to attach it to the bike, that one could be anybodies.
