Anti tip shutoff feature on Freewheeler?

still can't start
I tried removing the main fuse, waiting, and restarting but still won't start and still says tIP in odom. Thanks for the tip. As Edison said, this wasn't a failure, it's just one more think I know won't work

Cycle the ignition switch several times and see if that clears it. I have never done that but read somewhere that's what they do to clear it.
