Updating Speakers ( Front )
Just Purchased Focal 165/SRC's to install in my front fairing.
I am just ( for now ) interested in decent music, will consider amp later..
Does it still require a "Flash" from the dealer and do I have to install the amp now. I understand the head only drives 25w, but just looking for clairity, not volume ( at this time )
then.. when I go for power... what are the suggestions for amp to power 6 spkrs ( adding the fender kit )
Thanks
Geary

I can't comment on the Focals but I have most of the equipment in to do mine. I'm going with Kappas in the Front, Polks in the TP pods, Biletronics line levelers and a MB Quart 300w, 4 channel marine amp.
If your just changing the speakers, you shouldn't need to do anything at this time.
I went with the line levelers instead of a flash. Why? When I started building this system on paper I talked to two different Harley dealers about the re-flash and one gave me the "deer in headlights" look, the other said they wouldn't touch it unless I was going with their Harley Boom system. Go figure!
