Does anyone know the approximate value that insurance will take for a salvage title on a 2011 Triglide that has been totaled by their adjuster? I was hoping to buy back my Triglide from the insurance and they say it is worth $7500 sight unseen by another insurance company that buys salvage bikes. My argument is that they have no idea if the motor or transmission is hurt, frame bent, and every piece on it is scratched by a barbed wire fence. That seems like a lot of money for unknown problems to them. The whole body panel needs to be replaced.

 

See if they will let you take all your custom things off before they take possession. They do that sometimes.
