After replacing my front tire i realized how dirty my front wheel was. These brake pads really put off some dust. What replacement pads are out there that don't put off so much dust and still stop well ? Front and back. Thanks !

Yeah I see that, they have them listed for my 2019, you did not state what year your trike was. Maybe call them and find out?
