Default Switched 12V DC in fairing

Is there a 12 volt connection available under the front fairing?

It is a 2023 Triglide. I want to hook up a usb charging port under the fairing and run a usb cable into the fairing cubby hole / phone holder.

I replaced the "cigarette lighter" with a usb port.. You can use the power to the "cigarette lighter" to power an "interal" usb also.

I did the same.
Far simpler, and it’s a “keyed” power connection.

Yes. Same here.
Keep life simple when you can.
If you really want to, you can use the heated grip wiring or the 'cigarette lighter' wiring to power a switched usb outlet.
Not difficult.

There are at least two unused switched 12 volt connectors inside the front of the fairing.

Isn't there already a USB port in the media compartment?
