Default Need Bolt Specs Fender Rail

2018 Tri-glide chrome fender rail BOLT has backed out after 100,000 miles. Anyone able to tell me the specs of the FORWARD BOLT that that holds the rail in place on the fender. Comes up from under fender. My manual doesn't show this accessory with a breakdown.
PART NUMBER OF RAIL IS 61400058 but cannot find spec on bolts.
Thanks in advance for your assistance

Loctite 242
Any Harley’s best companion.
They SHOULD include a bottle with the key fob, and owners manual.

Hate to point out the obvious:
Take another one out
and match it up. 😉

Why? It took me less than two minutes to find the specs online. How long would it take you to take another one out? If I'm not mistaken, taking another one out requires rear wheel removal which is certainly more labor intensive than a few keystrokes on a smartphone.

I see the OP edited his post AFTER I posted the fender pages from the HD Parts manual .... Then I added the 2013 HD Trike parts manual too ... I tried to help ... Sometimes it's frustrating when you do give "correct" advice and get a thumbs up ... Not cryin' in my beer ... Life goes on ":>)

I would have pulled a second one before making the thread.
But that’s just me.
🤷‍♂️

Where is the "thumbs up" ? Your post didn't receive any thumbs up.
