My GF tipped my 06 Wide Glide over and I need the right side mirror and the brake lever. If someone has take-offs I'll buy the left and right to keep you from having a single item laying around, but they've gotta be in perfect condition.

Sorry, they are actually the short tapered stock mirrors. Your picture is the same ones that I have still in the box. Here are a couple of photos, they are the same as the stock ones on my '04 FXD:
