Default Stalling feeling issue

Hi, I have a 2012 Road Glide, and there are times it feels like it wants to stall, I have new plugs, wires, air filter. This has happened in the past and they replaced flange intake seals. Anybody else ever had this issue?

Hi there MP. This “Welcome Area Only” section is for, well, welcoming only. Like, introducing yourself and what Harley (hopefully Harley) you ride.

Stuff you are talking about up above in your OP (Original Post), needs to go to the proper and more relevant area to get our rider’s input.

In the UPPER LEFT corner, just take your mouse and ROLL OVER “Forums” and come down to the section (or subsection) that you feel is most appropriate. It is that easy.

Thank you my friend for understanding.

It is GREAT to have you here with us.
Warmly & Respectfully,

BuzzCap7Take a look around, we have a General HD Chat area, a Techie section where we talk about Audio Systems, Pipes, Oil & Related Stuff, Electrical, Tires/Wheels, and the list goes on…

We also have an area for Trips, Regional Events, Humor, Games, and get this…a Food section to mate.

You name it and we likely have it!

Now, for me regular welcome, see below………

G'day mate,

welcome to HDF.

I will be your tour guide. Be sure to read the manual before posting ok mate?

Or we will have discipline you and if you don't "get it" we will need to discipline you biker style.

Here is a gift for you… LOL! “I so funi!”

Now let’s get serious for your orientation. Go down the hall on your left to the 1st room. No, wait. The 1st room on your right. That is where the commissary is.

Then you will see doors marked for the mortuary, skeet shooting, a room where we make fun of In-Jun bikes, and of course we have a ahh, umm, oh yeah a across the hall.

We had a BOMB MAKING room but, well, ahhhhh, 1 of the guys just didn't understand Blasting Caps very well so..... you know.

We have our own pub .

There are several places where you can familiarize your self with the .

So don't be a wall flower watching others . Get involved.

See you around mate. I am going to the commissary now.

**** ON THE SERIOUS SIDE ****

**** I AM NOT ONE TO GIVE ADVICE ON HOW HDF WORKS BUT… ****
**** AND THE FOLLOWING IS UNOFFICIAL ****

You are in the “New Members Area” where you can introduce yourself and let us know what Harley Davidson bike(s) (if any) you ride/own.

If you have questions about engines, exhaust systems, audio issues, etc… then:

1) Please go to the upper corner and Roll Over “Forums

2) Then come down to and Roll Over “Harley Davidson Tech & Mechanical Forum

3) Then come down to the section that would be most appropriate for your question like Audio Systems, Engine Mechanical Topics, Exhaust System Topics, etc… and CLICK on the topic you have a question about.

You will find the knowledge here is EXCELLENT and these here mates are willing to help you in any way they can. ‘juss be careful. There are some “Trolls”, so I suggest just ignoring them ‘ole farts.

See you around HDF. Come often, we have a humor thread, game thread, and a LOT of other stuff.

Have A Great Day Mate,

BuzzCap7

You should post your questions in the appropriate area on the forum.... please scroll down farther and look for the right area. Otherwise....

Welcome from Spartan Country, Michigan!
I tell a lot of new comers to the forum to get: Factory Service manual and the Parts manual. Get a three ring binder and record all your maintenance, repairs, accessories, etc. This will be a great reminder of what was done when. And great material to pass along to the new owner should you sell and upgrade. Also know how large your fuel tank is, and record your fuel usage. I have an app called Simply Auto that I record all my fuel used. I use the odometer and use the fuel gage as reference only. I reset the odometer to zero on fill ups, and I know I can safely get 200 miles on a tank on around town riding.
Good Luck!!

Welcome, use this sub forum to introduce yer self. Then post your question in the appropriate sub forum. In your case, post it in the “Touring section”.Welcome from Sandy Eggo.

Don’t be a stranger.

I’d suggest getting an HD Factory Service Manual. Even if you don’t plan to do your own wrenching, there is a lot of good information in there. Yeah, they seem expensive, but are really only about the cost of 1 hour of dealer labor. Don’t even think 🤔 about cheaping out and getting a knock off or alternate brand manual.

There is a lot of great information in this forum. But, our search function sux. I recommend using Google to use a more robust search. The basic is within Google type:

“whatever you want to search for” site:hdforums.com

There is information on the web on how to do more intelligent searches, but, I’d suggest starting from there.

After you’ve done searches, and want more info, don’t be afraid to ask for help in the appropriate sub-forum. Most people will be happy to help you, even if the question has been asked 12,392 prior times. Some will give you a bunch of 💩 for asking what they think is a stupid question. Just ignore them, they were abused children.

After a while, you may decide to venture into the POD. I’d suggest following it a while before actively participating. You’ll get an understanding of who are just trolls, and you’ll get a sense of the attitude of many, and learn to ignore some of the persistent rabble rousers because they too were abused children, and currently live in their mother’s basement.

If you haven’t taken an introduction MSF course, I highly suggest you do so. Then spend a lot of time practicing accelerating, braking, turning, looking where you want to go, slow maneuvers. Then after a few months or 1,000 or so miles, take an intermediate course.

And above all, ride safe.
