Hello everyone,I'm not a Harley owner yet.I've been looking at Roadkings.I have found a police roadking year model 98' with 44,000 miles.I am posing this queston to you technicians out there.What should be my major concern with purchaseing this bike?

It's only been verbal so far.He just recently had oil seals replaced because of a minor oil leak.He told me that the bike was not a patrolman's bike but that his uncle just rode it to and from work.It runs good and it doesn't smoke when the engine is raised up.

Hope you don't pay to much, just because you want it so much. Check out the bike Market. See what other bikes in the class and shape are going for before you just Jump on the first one you find. Here's a really good site to do just that. www.HDtrader.com You can search by year and area.
Check it out and get your head in the market, You will know if that bike you are looking at is worthy or not.....

Flyman65 , welcome to the HDF, Steve from Az. Do they have anything to show that the services were done on the bike .......... The bike should be no problem, if it was taken care of .
