Dear Harley riders!

I have 18'' rear on my FatSpokes wheel White Wall Continetal tire.
Its 130/70 18 Milistone Front Touring tire. I use it on my rear wheel and its about 1.5 years now without any issues.

But now is the time to change my rear tire. First thing i do, search for the same Milistone tire that i have, but found that Continental has stoped this tire, and cant find any for sale.

Now i am thinking to replace it with 18'' Veeruber White Wall or Full Bore WW (never heard about them)

Question:
Is anyone who try Full Bore or VeeRuber 18 rear?

I never ride on wet, only weekend rides 100-200 miles...
Dont know what to do and trying to find if there is anything else i can run.

Any suggestions guys? Thanks!

 

I bought a set of full bore tires for my road kind, as they were one of the few that had a white wall for the 21 x 3.5 front at the time. There rear last me 3000 miles, replace with a metzler that went about 10K, then a dunlop d402 which lasted about 7K.

My .02, spend up front and get a higher quality.

That said I got about 15K on the front before it started to cup really bad.

 

I'd pass on the Shinko's ... Had a buddy have one on his Triumph come apart with 3,000 miles on the tire ( on I-75 at 70 mph ) a couple of weeks ago and it was all he could do to keep it in the lane and not go down. He had his gal on the back too.

 

I've only ever owned premium brand tyres, during my 50-odd years of riding! I wouldn't personally buy any of those three.
