Default Changing to rear aftermarket wheel

Need some advice to putting a Performance Machine wheel on the rear of my 19 SGS. Should i put a new rear pulley isolator bushing in, and can i reuse the brake rotor bolts, with red loctite, or buy new bolts? I will use a thread chaser to clean up the bolt holes before reinstalling the rotor. Thanks!

Unless it`s high mileage I would not replace the rubber cushion , after all it can be inspected at every tire change ( p/n 40278-09 $41 )

If you clean and "re-lock" your bolts they can be reused. ( p/n for new is 43567-92 $ 2 each )

Red say`s requires heating to 500F for removal.

I have always used blue locktite and reused the bolts

Opinions vary

Opinions only vary if you want to not follow the service manual. If in 2008 and 2017 for a Sportster HD call for new bolts for the rotors I would imagine it is the same for all bikes.
