Default Replacing Rear Wheel

Due to an untimely sprocket bolt failure I am having to replace the rear sprocket and wheel on my ride. So far I've got a new Harddrive chrome rear 70T sprocket, a 3/4" sprocket spacer (what was needed if not replacing the wheel but since I do a different spacer may be needed), some grade 8 bolts, and am looking at ordering a 16" x 5.5" big spoke rim and a 180/65 - 16 Night Dragon tire. Thinking I should order an axle spacer kit as I expect the hub width will be different. Anyone spot issues or other parts that I am missing? I plan to reuse the rotor.

Yeah, the two of us have talked about it. I think the issues he found solutions for are not as prevalent in aftermarket wheels though as most I found don't have the counterbore for the pulley bolts. It is strange though that Harley put that counterbore in there but doesn't use bolts with a long enough shoulder to sink in the counterbore. Also, measuring the bore width in the new spacer and pulley has them at much closer tolerances to the width of the new bolts than the harley pulley did. I'll get some comparison measurements up soon.

Points!
Good thought though. Might as well replace them.

You may have to shim the caliper or rotor if the rotor is moved. Based on the problems with destroyed wheels lately, I'd shim the caliper (reluctantly.)

It's interesting my last post offering to help Jay with his spacers seems to have been deleted?

I have offered to help many people on this forum with no charge not to drum up business but to just help?

Why would my post be deleted? I have no intension to become a business member?

Bob, that was in another thread where someone is using the same wheel as me. I saw where someone did have to machine down the width of the brake caliper to get the proper spacing and I may need to have that done. I appreciate the offer but I will talk to some friends that do machine work for Kelderman and John Deere here locally first.
