2015 FXDB With the stock pulley I needed .250" Then I used longer ARP bolts so the shoulder would to protrude into the wheel counter bores.
Not sure why you needed the heartland wide tire kit.
I didn't change anything to run the 180 rear tire, which looks like what your running Bob? I am running the Heartland 200 kit. Not just because of the 200 tire. I wanted the hidden struts and fender, as well as how the seat tucks in on that kit. I called SMT today and they said that is how all of their billet pulley's are, so I ordered a Drag pulley spacer today.
200 / 55 / 17" Avon on a 6" rim a little under .200" per side
Sleeved pulley holes to .439" custom washers and longer ARP's
Well that definitely make sense for my measurements. Stock pulley is plus .25" from edge of belt guide surface to hub mounting surface. Then add the .25" pulley spacer you added equals the .5" spacer I need to add to my aftermarket billet pulley that has no step flange.
When you checked the belt alignment did you also check the rotor to caliper alignment? I have the same wheel on order and already have a 3/4" pulley spacer but it sounds like the hub is a bit wider than stock if you went with a 1/2" spacer. I may be ok though as I took my measurements including the width of the pulley so it adds the distance from where the spacer meets the pulley to the edge of the belt runner. Your pulley doesn't have that difference, but mine sinks back from the edge.

I will be happy to help with spacers, We are only about 3 days away via UPS if you need mods.

My Rde Wright hub is 6 3/8” the same as my stock hub. My center to rotor is the same as stock. I was wrong about the flange measurement. It is a 1/2” hence why I needed a 1/2” pulley spacer to maintain all the stock dimensions with not using the stock pulley.

Good to know. I'm hoping that caliper shimming can be avoided and spacers will work out. I may have to order a different pulley spacer by what you mentioned but I thought I had good measurements.
Installed the Race Tech emulators and 1” lowering kit. Also installed the HHI +5 degree trees. Fresh powder coat on the lowers, and got the wheel on with the flush mount axle. I like the stance, and thought I might need to lower that kick stand. After I got it on the ground, I think there is plenty of lean.
