Well it’s time to start on this build again. Was trying to wait for winter, but the moron that ran me over in June changed that. Took a month off taking care of my wife, as she was injured far worse that I was. Got a bike event I want to take it to Sunday, but not sure if I can get it done. At least it got me motivated to start on it. Working on the Heartlands 200 rear conversion now.

Glad I went with this color now that I see it on the bike.

Not sure why Heartland only sent two 16mm shock spacers? The width of the strut shock mounts is 13.5” and so is the swing arm shock mount width? Anyway machined my own.

Hit some walls in progress yesterday. First was the Radiantz dual signal adapter that came with the Heartland’s tail light kit. One of the units had the orange wire pulled out of the soldier joint at the resister. Thought I repaired it, because it ohmed the same as the other unit. But when I got it all together that light didn’t work. So ordered a new one, and moved on to the rear wheel.

So I go to install my SMT pulley on my Ride Wright 30 Fat spoke wheel, and the bolts bottom out before they are fully seated. I decide to install it anyway because I want to use other bolts that I’ll replace later. Get the wheel on and the belt hits the tire. So I start taking measurements of my stock wheel, rotor, and pulley, and compare it to the new set up. The wheel is manufactured correctly, but the pulley is not. The pulley needs a 1/2” offset flange like the stock one to get the belt off the tire.
So I guess I’ll start on the front.
