Installing a 30" front wheel
Hello all,
I have a 2017 RGS. I'm looking for info on installing a 30' front wheel. I'm pretty mechanical so I'm not afraid of doing it myself. I just have questions on the build. Besides getting the correct rake kit.(which will be American Suspension bolt on neck) and front wheel , is there anything else I have to do? I just installed new Arlen Ness "Deep Cut" fork legs with progressive suspension. Do I have to modify anything with the front fairing?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you
JimVB

Im assuming this is a show bike and you wont really be riding it correct? I as because I have friends who put 23" and even 26" wheels up front and had to but limiters in the forks so the fender didnt bottom out against the fairing or crash bar. They didnt ride them too long before turning them to straight show bikes though.
As for a 30", only ones Ive seen had aftermarket upper fairings and the wheel/fender tucked up into a cutout in the fairing, most of them probably had air ride.
