No, the 25mm wheels have a different bearing bore depth. On the Rotor side (the first bearing you push in), the bearing will be "bottomed out" with the bearing slightly protruding as I said before.
Use the 25mm spacer sleeve that comes with the wheel, but I would insert your bike's 3/4" spacer sleeve inside the 25mm sleeve to keep the 25mm sleeve concentric with axle/inner bearing races.
so this is the kit I got it says it doesn’t require a new center sleeeve and all I have to do is flip the wheel and insert the bearing adapters and spacers pervided by the kit, does this look good to u ??
That kit looks good in concept ... as long as their math is correct
Do you have any measuring calipers?
Does the "New" wheel have an existing tire that you want to use?
I don’t have a set of calipers but ima pick some up and yea it’s a 150 It lookes like it’ll clear the belt but ima moch it up this weekend say a prayer for me !! I’m starting another thread on my build I’m doing if u wanna chime in
The OE 1-1/8" belt should clear no problem because it's the same belt/pulley used when HD went to the 150 in 2002, but the frame and rear fender changed, so check that closely.
I would really like to get some specific dimensions on that kit before you install. Besides the "Mock-up" proving the kit out, I should be able to prove it out by "Math"

Why? If you're staying single disc, why don't you just use the Vulcan kit they make for the front?
I’ll mike em out for you and post the findings and I’m swapping the legs the seals need to be replaced anyway and I already have a couple kits. I’m going to upgrade to dual disk in the near future !! God wiling
