Red is only place I put insulation. Pipe it is sitting on is closed off, so it hits and forces around thru side holes giving good back pressure then flowing thru the stepped up section in red where it is insulated as this is the exhuast exit.

I now have the remedy in hand!😳 It says 25% louder, but as the quiet baffle is completely blocked off and forced thru the baffle and this one is straight thro with just small holes I can't imagine it not being twice as loud? Wish it had the twisted louvered baffle to maybe help with back pressure. Hope my low end torque doesn't disappear 😬
