Drilled up and the rubber plug/vent installed. On a side note, I used a 21/64 drill bit, which is one size smaller than HD calls for because I have found on several occasions when they say to drill, it's usually too big, and then it's a sloppy hole. I did not want the vent plopping out.

This is the top of the vent in the background (the candy cane), and yes I did not remove the tab off of it, not sure if I will, you won't see it otherwise so not sure if it really matters.

I don't torque everything but did torque these. 12-13FT lbs on my model, you might check yours to be sure.

Fill er up! I put in 30 oz's which is just to the bottom of the outer clutch disk.

I tried several attempts but due to lighting and angle I couldn't get a great shot, but I'm what I'm trying to illustrate here is I've seen a few pictures of these holes drilled and their location varied from different people. If you put your hand on the back side of this cutout you will feel the starter housing begins to form in this area so if you stray (fwd) or left further in the cutout area than the diagram shows, you could drill into the starter housing. Be Careful!
