It's tight, but there IS clearance there.

I had to dimple (well, I guess dent is more appropriate) the rear pipe to clear the throw-out lever. And then some more, to clear the nut that holds the lever on the shaft.

The book calls for a maximum deviation of .030" and my measurements came back with .0119" So throw the chain back on so I can torque the clutch nut and compensating sprocket.

Everything is torqued down, chain tensioner installed, clutch set up and adjusted.

I also had to dimple - well, I guess dent is more appropriate - the rear pipe to clear the throw-out lever AND the nut the that holds the lever on the shaft.

Primary is all back together, compensating nut and clutch nut torqued, and new clutch set up.

Had to dimple - dent is probably more accurate, the front pipe to clear the throw-out lever.

The old O-ring, that I pulled off the case. No rips, no tears, and no pinch marks... I did replace it with a new one. The new one is a funky blue color and is a little bit thicker.
