My wife made me fetch all the beer, but as you can see from this pic of the server, I wasn't complaining.

This is me and my Nephew's Daughter, taken in November 2010. You can't tell it with my helmet on but I'm almost totally bald.

This is some old friends and me in Viet Nam taken 1970. There is nobody in this picture that looks like me now, but I am the one on the right standing. I was 20 yrs old then. I lost all that hair years ago and I only weighed 185 back then. C-rations and hard work didn't allow much weight gain over there. Now I weight 224, with a lot of it in my gut.

After I had got my alignment dead on with the method to center of the axle nuts, I then checked the distance on each side from alignment hole to outer circumference of the axle nuts. They are exactly the same dia on each side so you can just measure to the edge which is a straight shot and easeir than trying to maintain parallel measurements to the center of the nut which is out further on one side than the other.

Love my new Harbor Freight bike lift. Got it for 80 bucks. (Please excuse lawn mower handle at left) Had to do the Dyna Modification to it, which basically is moving the pads to the outside of the lift braces to allow room in between for the Dyna oil pan that sits below frame. Save your old bolts, and buy the extended warranty on lift, it's less than 10 bucks. My jack started leaking fluid after awhile and I had to switch the pads back, took it back and they gave me a new one. It will go up about 16". I think maybe I blew the seal when I jacked it all the way up once with no weight on it just to see how high it would go. NOTE: Keep kickstand down and hands on handlebars when lowering. If you don't press the foot lever the exact amount it will come down pretty quick. I usually press the lever all the way down and have never had a real problem holding bike. One guy drilled the foot lever and mounted a set bolt that would stop the lever at the slowest position (which isn't always at the beginning)

Good shot of Dyan mod, moves pads to miss the Dyna oil pan which drops down below the frame. Bought 5 1/2" long 1/2" dia. bolts (drilled out holes a bit) to move the pads. Looks like 5" long would have worked. Just measure your pads to see. I also think the stock dia size would be fine, and would save drilling. But others told me to upgrade to 1/2" dia. so I did but they are only slightly larger than the stock bolt dia. It is mainly the extra length you must have. Go with 1/2" if you feel the weight of the bike is going to cut off the stock dia. bolts (which I doubt) Had to cut off the end of bolt by jiffy stand brace ( I could have just turned the bolt around). Put plywood pads to raise it up a bit so lift pads would miss clutch cable underneath. Put scrape leather strips on plywood to keep from slipping. Holds good. DO NOT BUY THE ALUMINUM MODEL, I have heard that it sways and is flimsy. It is not even built the same design so I don't know if it could be Dyna modified. HARBOR FREIGHT BIKE LIFTS Steel one $89 usual, some sales for $79. Item # 2792 Manufacturer: Central Hydraulics <-GOOD, LIKE MINE Aluminum one $More but not as good Item # 94715 Manufacturer: Central Hydraulics <-BAD, DO NOT
