Default One of the Finest H-D Marketing Photos I've Seen

If you've flipped through the H-D 2007 Calendar or the '07 Model Line Brochure, you've probably seen this image. It is one of the finest bike images I've ever come across. It may not do much for some big twin owners, but objectively, just gaze and drool.

This Night Rod Special was determined last month by perhaps the largest motorcycle publication in Europe to be the finest, drop dead gorgeous, bike on the street. This, from a magazine mostly infatuated with sportbikes. Significant. Sentiments are similar or consistent here. Cool thing about this, is the beauty isn't just skin deep. The Revolution engine continues to deliver the best performance nums of any mass produced power cruiser. Take a bow Milwaukee.

I've never been a huge fan of the V-Rod, but the Night Rod is one Bad A$$ bike. It looks even better in person.

That's the bike my wife wants to get next summer.

They do look fast standing still.

no coincidence that it's pictured in a stadium:
I agree that in person it's a very nice bike. All the power you need, andmore. Maybe even some comfort too.And with the new larger gas tank, even some touring range.

Nice picture, and the V-Rod, in some of it's forms, is a nice bike to look at. I've never ridden one, so can't comment on that. But, "One of the finest H-D marketing photos" ? I don't think so. Photos of motorcycles in motion with riders aboard create far more emotion and can jump start the imagination better than a pic of a bike on a sidestand. And it takes A LOT more skill to get that type of picture.

Here is the current power cruiser king & it fits a big guy....M-109R. The DX-Rod is pretty sweet, but way too small!

I love the V-rod, it's just way too small of a bike.

But it fits my wife well.
