Default Retro-fit wheel bearing help

I tried to order these retro-fit sealed bearings (Drag # HB-299) for my 98 WG and they are apparently not available anymore.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer of the bearing is and what their part number is?

Or even what the stock tapered roller bearing manufacturer and part number is?
