Default Slip-ons and Baffle Size For Deluxe

I have an '08 Deluxe and am looking to install a set of slip-ons.
Iam leaning towards Rush after reading as much as I could on here about them and Screamin' Eagles.
Any comments on Rush? Quality andfit?
What baffle size is recommended for a good healthy note?
I was thinking the 2"
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Scott

I have the rush slip ons on my 07 fxst I went first with the 1.75 baffle then switched to the 2.0 baffle and im thinking of going with the 2.25 baffles .. they do sound good a deep rumble and the good thing about them is that you can replace the baffles for the loudness that you want ... i didnt have to remap or anything and the bike runs good with no backfiring ....I think that the rush are louder then the screaming eagles .. but anything is better then the stock exhaust ....good luck on your choice

I went with 2.25 and found too loud. I judge that by the car alarms going off when idling in the parking lot. I went with 1.75 and got more torque and still had deep sound. I got the 1.75 for just shipping from someone on this web site so if anyone wants the 2.25 for just the shipping let me know. They have about 800 miles on them. Also when removing them you warm the bike and then i used a tree stake and hooked the removal bar and pulled them out.
The best way to see what you like is to check out the used bikes at the dealer and see what they sound like.

Just curious, but does anyone have an opinion on differences between the SE II slip-ons and the Rush?? I have the SE II on my deluxe, which I like, but sort of was wanting a little bit deeper sound without going overboard....was wondering if the Rush SOs would accomplish that? thanks.

GAGIRL just put 2.0s on her deluxe:
https://www.hdforums.com/m_2641637/tm.htm

She also has a sound clip on the thread which is pretty good. You can also go to epiflex.com and listen to some clips.

I have the 1.75s on my Heritage and I'm fairly happy with them. Everyone has different "ears" so it's always best when possible to listen to them in person. I got mine fromcyclespot.com. I paid $237 shipped. You can change out the baffles for around $60 if you want to try something different.

I have the 2 on my 08 deluxe and i think there great only concern is local police might not like them. there really cracking down on loud pipes here in n.y. and ct. My brother is getting the 1.75 after hearing mine, only prob. i had was they didnt line up with all the holes i only got 1 screw in each pipe . they said i could return them and they would ck them out but with upper clamp i think they will be ok. havent heard anyone else having that prob.

Thank you for all of the responses.
That link to GAGIRL's post was very helpful too.
It looks like I am going to go with the Rush 2".
The fact that they can be altered withinterchangeable baffles is a good point.
Iam hoping to reinstall the factory heat shields from the stockshotgun shortys and I hope that is do-able.
Thanks again everyone.
