FAT front wheels+tire for FXST/D
Up for sale: front FAT setup for stock FXST
wheels: 17 x 3.5 custom 40 spokes wheel: stock front wide glide hub, Akront rim and hdwheels.com spokes
tires: 140/75 R17 Dunlop - stock size from front Fatboy 2007 +
it will bolt right up to front stock FXST wide glide or Deuce with 3/4" axle, using stock spacers/rotor. the whole setup has about 1000 miles. other than being dirty, no blemishes at all on the tire or the rims.
actual wheel/tire off the bike (disc brake is NOT included)

I don't want to sound like an idiot (I'm mech inclined, but I tend to assume too much LOL)...this will fit with no permanant mods to my front forks (other than the fender, naturally)? ie; I can switch back and forth from fat to skinny depending on my mood? I always wanted a fatty up front, but the only models I saw had floorboards, which is why I got the standard....looks like I could have the best of both worlds!

oh yes, NO mod at all on the bike. this wheel is built using the standard wideglide hub, so its a direct swap. you will use stock brake, stock spacer, stock bolts, etc...
I notice you have an 07? check for your front inner diameter bearing size. This wheel has 3/4" ID, and i read that 07+ has 1" or 25mm? i am not sure if you can just swap the bearings, maybe some fellow member can help

hey carpenter, i just spoke to my indy mech, he told me the bearing can be swapped to 1". if you are still interested, please find out what is your bearing size and we will go from there. thanks!

I have a friend who's dad has a '91 FXSTC and would like to switch to a fat front tire. Any idea if this would fit? He's trying to find out if he needs to swap front ends to go to a fat tire.
