I have a 92 Electric Glide that I want to do away with the back touring bag with the back rest and install a regular back rest to give my wife more sitting room. Do you have abackrest I can use and what do I need to make work on the electric glide? I wll buy since I probably don't have anything toto trade.
Thanks, but I don't think I'm your guy. The only way it makes sense for me to give up my current backrest is if someone has a plain one they'd like to trade for it. The studs don't bother me enough to end up paying the difference between my sale price on the old one and whatever a new one costs. Good luck in your search.
I posted pictures of it in your request thread https://www.hdforums.com/m_3201199/tm.htm. It's not scratched deep, or too terribly bad... but it annoyed me enough to replace it. I'm kind of **** about my bike and thiswas one of the parts that reminded me that I bought it used. From a few feet away you can't see them... closer and they're obvious.Have a look at the pictures and decide for yourself.
If I didn't get any bites here, I was going to throw it up on ebay. I figure it would go for $30-40 plus shipping.
