thanks to mike I got a lot of question on my bike. I bought it in gillette wyo march 13th 1st thing I did was swap out the 96" for 103" SE big bore kitwith SE race tuner.Next was the vance & hines slash cut turn down pipes. Then 16" apes with 2" risers all new braded cabels. Then billet smoked front turn signals, flamed grips and all pegs, shifter, brake pad.The the heavy air SE intake.Side lay down plate,Detachable smoked sport windsheild. after the first few rides I gave my wife and a few girls I know, well with all that power. That little seat that hides away just was not making them feel safe. (maybe it was just me) You just cant get on it and think anyone will stay on the back of this bike now.But then I ride it like I stole it!. With that in mind I got the option that is for the cw model.I had to take off the hiden seat and brackets.I then bolted on the 2 side plates after painting black, and then attched the luggage rack.On top of this is a seat that latches down to the rack. Then to the seat you bolt on back rest. The wife and girls that ride with me love it! I now have 1800 plus miles on it.This I can tell you it has good and bad points. Here is what I have found so far. When you put on the luggage rack and 2 up seat, this will not support the riders seat to well. The plastic under the seat then rubs on the fender on hard bumps.I had to buff out and put down peice of 3m clear bra to protect fender I recomend you do this!.If you are going to ride more than 20 miles with just solo seat. For me anyway my legs were tired trying to stay on bike. But I found putting up the hidden seat you can rest back on it some, but the again after 200 miles its not very soft.If you can handel the look of the 2 up seat and luggage rack I was able to put on 350 plus miles on one ride and it felt great!!! This bike is so damm much fun and looks so good .I will be taking it everywhere.you can contact me direct if you like.I am done for a while after 6 grand in options and add ons. Go to nowpublic.com for more pics and story about bike.I can not down load all the great pics I have Thanks

What a great ride you got there, looks like fun all day, can i ask you what seatrubs "The plastic under the seat then rubs on the fender on hard bumps", we have many bumps here because we are in the hills and this would be a big problem for me.
Great set up.
I'm expecting my Blue Rocker C next month.
I wanted to do the same with regards to the passenger seat.
Did you retain the originalFXCWC seat, or switch to the FXCW seat?
I was wondering if the rack supports would interfere with the FXCWC seat.
And if you retained the FXCWC seat does it latch down in the back, or does it require rider weight to stay down?
Also, are the supports powder coated?
I was thinking on getting them chromed...
there is the plastic under the stock seat, towards the back end.when you take off the bracket and works for that hiden fold out seat. The support for the drivers seat is not there and seat rides on 2 rubber bushings. This makes for a nice soft ride. but as the seat flexes it pushes down on the plastic under it and will rub on the fender.I have pics and will post of this problem.I will also post how to take off and install 2 up seat that is made for the cw model.
Yes I did keep the stock cwc seat.It makes a real nice little storage space for gloves ect. As you will not be carrying that little pad they call a seat. When you attach luggage rack and side plates the stock seat fits in there nice. The stock seat as is does not latch down ever.the side support come in a dull gray looking color,I painted them black as I was going on a long ride the next day.Out here in my small town or in wyo, I do not know any place to have these parts cromed I wish I did it would look sweet.I know the big deal for this bike was the fold away seat, and for bar hoping ya ok but I ride my bike. The cw looks good with this set up but I wanted all the crome. The thing is you can change the look of the bike in ten mins or less. Thats what so cool.Run it stock around town or put on 2 up seat for a nice long ride.Your rider will like it and the back support you get is well worth it.I plan on posting pics along with how to do it just check back.Like I said only problem is the lack of support under stock seat when you put the cw 2 up seat on.I am working on that and will let everyone know or if anyone has ideas.Right now I have a peice of 3m clear bra only need about a 1" x 3" strip and you dont even see it.
