Has anyone tried this product if so let me know if it works like it says sounds good perfectly tuned all the time! Thinking of adding it to my 06 street bob and some LSR nitro duals and a k&n high flow air filter
I am going to buy one today based on all the talk on this product...Only problem I have is getting the bung welded to the exhaust pipe other than that it looks like it will be a snap!
I just installed a TVII on my 2000 RK. A local auto repair shop welded the bung on my V&H Pro (this morning, actually). I put about 45 miles on it this afternoon, and it seems to run better. I need to run it some more to be sure.
I've got a 95" with Andrews TW50 cam, Ness Big Sucker and V&H Pro 2n1. It was originally set up with a Power Commander II, and ran pretty rich. I'm hoping my mileage and throttle response will improve. I'm planning on posting a "review" in a week or so after I've had a chance to put some more miles on it.
I've got about 300+ miles on mine now and it's running very well. Beats the heck out of a dyno tune and the expense. Easy to install if you can solder wires and weld, or you can have the bung welded in by someone else. My mileage jumped way up when I put it on and I've got over 50 mpg on a longer ride at reasonable speeds-with a CVO 103" engine.
Hello, I am new to the site. I am very glad to see someone else wondering about this product. I have a 2006 FLHTCUI. I called and spoke to Keith Terry and am very much interested. I went to my local HD shop the other day and even though they are installing the Bub exhausts with the bung already in them, no one would talk about the terminal velocity that would go with it. If anyone has had it on their bike long enough for comments, I would like to hear them. Also, I am wondering if HD would try to void the factory warranty if it was installed. The dealership would only comment briefly on the issue by saying "probably".

They can't void the entire warrently based on the installation of an aftermarket component. See the Moss-Magnusen Warrenty Act.
I think that is my main concern with hard wiring something into the HD harness. I don't want to have any problems with HD trying to void any warranty as I paid a hell of a lot of money for my bike and was dooped into buying the extended warranty. So that is the reason I am going with a power commander as it is very easily removable. I take a lot of long trips on my bike and would hate to have an issue out on the road and have to fork out a bunch of cash on repairs.
