I have a set of T-Rex True Duals I put on my bike last week that I am now wanting to sell. No scratches or dings. I have rode about 300 miles since I put them on. I still have the box and all the protective wrapping that shipped with it. $600 shipped lostintexas31@yahoo.com
I will offer the following info about my installation since people always ask why you are selling.
The hardest part was removing the old stock exhaust. I had some problems getting some of it off so I took the easy route and grabbed to sawsall since I knew I would never install the stock system again. The pipes went on easy. Very easy! They look great and have to be the coolest to the touch pipes I have ever seen. After riding about 60 miles yesterday I was still able to reach down and pat the left pipe in front of the side coveer without burning myself. I was really amazed by that. Lot less heat in the seat now too. They sound great idleing around. They are just louder than I thought they would be. Really making my Hogtunes work. I am going to go a different route.
Depends on if you like loud pipes I guess. They are a lot louder than my Vance and Hines Big Shot Staggered on my Heritage and my Vance and Hines Longshots on my Springer. Guess what I am getting to replace these with. Vance and Hines True Duals and Slipons.
Like I mentioned. The pipes look great and sound good idling. I think if I did not have a geezer glide that I want to be able to hear the radio on I would not worry about selling them.

I am thinking of buying some T rex in the next month or so. Are they really that loud that I should be thinking of another kind?
I have no idea. I am sure you could wrap them with Fiberglass or something like that. Why don't you make me an offer on mine and try it. I have already ordered their replacements.[sm=alcoholic.gif]

Is there different baffles that can go in them to quiet them down a little?
$525 shipped. They will go on Ebay if they don't selll now. These only have 500 miles on them with no blemishes. My other pipes will be in tomorrow so these will be off and back in the original box ready to ship to you.
