Tough deal. I love to take hard corners at high speeds in my sports car. But I do that at the track. So I understand why the sport bike riders do it. I don't agree, but I understand.
If a guy want to push his sport bike to the limit and maybe get killed, that his business not mine. That's Darwin's theory in action. But, he's not alone out there. Did you see the picture of that Dodge Ram truck? Totaled. By a 450 pound sport bike. That's a lot of kinetic energy. Ruined that families truck, their vacation, and put a serious hit on their finances. That dead biker on their hood will haunt them to the end of their days. I don't give a rats *** about the rider. That was his choice. He rolled the dice and lost. So sad, too bad.
And that picture will be associated with all bikers to every non-rider who saw that. That's you an me. I'm certainly no angel on the roadways. I've been known to pass on a double, or ride a little fast from time to time. But 150mph on a 2 lane blacktop? Come on, that's just stupid. Even I wouldn't do that. I don't drive my sports car that fast, although it's capable of it. Imagine the looks and thoughts directed to every motorcylcist in the state after that report aired.
Frankly, I don't care if these organ donors kill themselves, but they're taking out innocent victims, and making the people they hit suffer terrible guilt. Eventually, it'll lead the cops to come down hard on everyone thanks to those selfish anuses.
When these guys go out and get themselves killed it is just more good air for me. I just feel sorry for the innocent folks that get caught up is one of these clowns messes.
